St George’s, Southampton, Somerset, St David's: $165 per trip After 10:00 PM: $180 per trip Central Areas (Hamilton, Paget, Smiths, Warwick): $155 per trip After 10:00 PM: $165 per trip
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as much as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below: Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund of the booking amount. - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount. - No-shows or cancellations on the day of check-in will not be eligible for any refund. Refund Policy: - Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request. - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. - Please note that bank processing times may vary and can affect the timeline for the funds to appear in your account. Extenuating Circumstances: - We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. In cases of medical emergencies, severe weather, or other extenuating situations, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these cases individually and may offer flexibility beyond our standard policy. Modifications: - If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., change dates), please contact us at least 72 hours before your original check-in date.
